The museum is located in John Hunt Park in Huntsville. It contains a reference library, a display of about 40 historical military vehicles from 1812 to the present, as well as tableaus, artifacts and other memorabilia. The museum is operated by all voluntary staff of the Alabama Center of Military History.

LOCATION: Old Airport Road, Go west from So Memorial Parkway Parkway, take first right at light (see sign for Police Academy and Veteran's Museum). Museum is behind Police Academy Parking Lot.
