The view from beneath the Saturn I at the Space center shows the the eight clustered H1 engines. These engines are an uprated version of the Rocketdyne LOX`/` RP engine used for the Jupiter and Thor intermediate range ballistic missiles. Only the four outside engines are gimballed for vector control.
