DESCRIPTION

Jacob's Ladder is a perennial plant that grows in a bunch to about 1 1/2 feet tall. The leaves are pinately compound, with the leaflets arranged like steps of a ladder, giving the plant its name. The leaflets are elliptical and about 2 inches long. The flowers have five light blue petals with five protruding white anthers.
